1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ParkDito, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use ParkDito for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and any booking or advertising transaction. A person who lacks that capacity may use ParkDito only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.

2. ParkDito's Role

ParkDito provides technology for discovering, comparing, listing, promoting, and requesting reservations for parking spaces. Unless ParkDito expressly identifies itself as the parking operator, parking spaces are supplied and controlled by independent owners or operators.

We may review listings and provide status, search, map, and availability tools, but we do not independently guarantee every listing's ownership, condition, safety, accessibility, availability, legality, price, operating hours, or suitability. Users should review the listing and confirm material details with the operator when necessary.

3. Accounts and Account Security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your password and access tokens. Notify ParkDito promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, transfer an account without permission, or use another person's credentials. ParkDito may require email verification or other reasonable checks before enabling certain features.

4. Parking Listings and Advertising

Parking owners and operators confirm that they are authorized to publish and offer each submitted space. Listing content must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. This includes the address, rates, taxes or fees, photos, capacity, supported vehicles, operating hours, restrictions, contact details, and availability.

Operators are responsible for maintaining the parking location, obtaining required permissions or licenses, honoring confirmed commitments, complying with safety and consumer laws, and promptly updating unavailable or materially changed listings.

ParkDito may review, edit for formatting, reject, suspend, remove, or change the visibility of listings and advertisements that violate these terms, present risk, are inaccurate, or do not meet platform requirements. Paid or featured placement does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee results.

5. Bookings, Prices, Payments, and Cancellations

A booking request is subject to the listing's availability and the operator's acceptance or confirmation process. A confirmation displayed or sent by ParkDito records the booking status in the platform; the parking service itself is provided by the operator.

Prices, fees, taxes, discounts, and currency shown during booking should be reviewed before submission. Where a third-party payment provider is used, its terms and privacy policy also apply. ParkDito or the operator may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before the service is provided, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation, refund, late-arrival, overstaying, vehicle, and access rules may vary by listing or operator. Review the disclosed policy before booking. Users and operators must not misuse the cancellation process or attempt to avoid properly disclosed charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ParkDito for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Submit false listings, bookings, reviews, contact details, availability, or payment information.
• Harass users or staff, discriminate unlawfully, or publish abusive or infringing content.
• Probe, disrupt, bypass, overload, scrape, or access the platform through unauthorized means.
• Introduce malware, misuse authentication credentials, or interfere with security controls.
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit ParkDito data or software except with written permission.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ParkDito a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote ParkDito and the relevant listing. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal records, and content already shared as permitted by these terms.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted text, photos, trademarks, and other content. ParkDito's name, logos, software, interface, and original platform content remain owned by ParkDito or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. ParkDito may include maps, payment services, links, or content provided by third parties. Those services may have separate terms and are responsible for their own systems and content.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ParkDito at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or cancel platform privileges when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address security or legal risk, protect users, or respond to prolonged inactivity. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Terms that by their nature should continue after account closure will survive, including provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and lawful record retention.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ParkDito is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and the accuracy or availability of third-party listings and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkDito will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the platform, a parking operator's acts or omissions, user content, or an event outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Responsibility for Claims

You are responsible for losses and claims resulting from your unlawful conduct, your breach of these terms, or content you submit without required rights or permissions. ParkDito remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

12. Changes, Governing Law, and Disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to ParkDito, law, or business practices. The updated terms will be posted with a revised date, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a claim, please contact us so the parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to courts or authorities with proper jurisdiction.
